16-year-old girl found dead in Bushnell, suspect wanted
BUSHNELL, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Sumter's County Sheriff's Office say that they are investigating a homicide that occurred on South Pine Street in Bushnell, Florida.
On November 5th, the Sumter Counter Sheriff's Office reportedly received a call from the Tavares Police Department asking for a well-being check on a juvenile female who was believed to be on that street.
Police say that deputies gained access to a home, where they found a 16-year-old juvenile female deceased. Her identity is not being released at this time.
The suspect, 35-year-old Larry Darnell Peavy of Bushnell, was last seen driving a 1997 Nissan Sentra grey in color, bearing the tag number 2295UJ.
