Depression opens up at Forest High School
OCALA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - An official with Marion County Schools has confirmed that a ground depression has opened up in a Designated Retention Area (DRA) at Forest High School.
The depression is in a designated area on campus, which is basically a retention pond without any standing water in it. The official went on to say that there was no major impact to campus.
Marion County Schools is not calling this a sinkhole yet, as they do not have the official authority to do so.
