Guy Fieri inspired restaurant opens in Wesley Chapel: Chicken Guy
WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. - It's not just fast food, it's homemade food inspired by famous chef, Guy Fieri.
The new Chicken Guy restaurant in Wesley Chapel takes a simple concept and makes it outstanding.
"Chicken Guy is a concept," said General Manager Trevor McIntyre. "Everything we do is chicken. Everything is made in-house. We brine all the chicken, bread it and we make all of our sauces in-house."

Everything on the menu centers around chicken. Chicken dumplings, chicken eggrolls, chicken parmesan, bourbon brown sugar chicken and more. And then there's the sauce.
"Sauces are our biggest hit, so you aren't getting a little package stuff," said McIntyre, "All homemade, any variety of spice you like."

"Everything is made fresh homemade we serve it right to the guest fresh and hot," stated McIntyre, "Out biggest thing with our ownership group is customer service. We want to make sure our guests, when they come in, they're like family. From the time they come in the door, they get their food and they leave. That's what sets us apart from other places."
