A day after a Tampa woman found her husband and son dead, in what authorities believe was a murder-suicide, officials are urging others who may be struggling to call the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.

When problems seem impossible to overcome, help is available. By dialing 211, people can reach on-call professionals, 24/7.

No problem is too big, or small for this team. Professionals are ready to listen and steer callers in the right direction.

The center takes about 300 calls a day.

"They are not operating off of a script, it's not like somebody says one thing and there's a script that tells you to say this. They are really there in the moment with you during your crisis," explained Clara Reynolds, the president of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay. "Our mission is that no one in our community has to face a crisis alone."

The team can help you deal with marital problems, substance abuse, domestic violence, self-harm, working through financial problems and more.

The Crisis Center also serves as a rape crisis center.  Victims of sexual crimes come to the Crisis Center for the collection of evidence and an exam, as well as counseling and other services.

Above all, they provide help, hope, and healing.

Reynolds asked everyone to remember: "Right now is a temporary situation. Wwe're going to help you get past that."
