Police investigate shooting at Sarasota Commons

SARASOTA, Fla. - Sarasota Police are investigating a shooting near a Post Office in a strip mall that occurred Friday morning.

According to the Sarasota Police Department, the shooting occurred around 11:30 a.m. in the 900 block of North Beneva Road in Sarasota Commons.
