Woman seriously injured in Pinellas County shooting

LEALMAN, Fla. - A shooting in Pinellas County is under investigation. 

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, a woman was shot near 27th Street North and 59th Avenue North on Thursday morning. 

Officials say the woman was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. 

PCSO says there is no threat to the public.
