After seeing our first named storm of the season last week, things are fairly quiet in the tropics. FOX 13 meteorologist Dave Osterberg says despite warm water temperatures there is a lot of dust coming off of the Saharan Coast and African Coast, which is keeping a lot of thunderstorms from developing.
