William Dean Chocolates creates sweet pieces of art

BELLEAIR BLUFFS (FOX 13) -           

A Pinellas County sweet shop’s chocolate assortments are little works of art.

William Dean Chocolates, located in Belleair Bluffs, has been around for a decade and the chocolatiers make every chocolate drop and bar by hand in the shop.

The company was named after its founder’s father, William, and grandfather, Dean. In elementary school, William Dean Brown, founder and the Chief Chocolate Officer, began exploring his artistic talents. Later in life, he co-founded a software company, but began making truffles for his employees, and eventually learned how to airbrush and paint chocolates.

And William Dean Chocolates was created, where they create delicacies with creative outer shells hiding flavor combinations inside. It might just be too beautiful to eat.
