The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales are in town for Gasparilla and they made a surprise appearance ahead of the parade.

The Clydesdales – which have been an iconic part of the Budweiser brand since 1933 -  will appear in the Gasparilla parade on Saturday.

The huge horses made were in the parking area of Total Wine and Spirits on Dale Mabry Highway, just off Interstate 275.

Folks lined up to get a picture with and pet the majestic animals.

Barley the Dalmatian, which was adopted as the Clydesdales’ mascot back in 2015, happily rode along in the Budweiser cart that’s pulled by the Clydesdales.
