Deputy among 2 people hurt in Polk County house fire
DAVENPORT, Fla. - Two people, including a Polk County deputy, were injured after crews battled a fire at a home on Sunday, officials said.

Crews responded shortly after 5 p.m. along Knollwood Dr. in the Davenport area, according to Polk County Fire Rescue.
PCFR said one person was airlifted to the hospital, while the sheriff's office confirmed a deputy suffered a minor hand injury and has since been released from the hospital.
