Halloween, the Goodwill way!
ST. PETERSBURG (FOX 13) - Halloween is just around the corner, meaning the hunt is on all over the Bay area for two things, and two things only: Halloween candy, and Halloween costumes.
The candy can be found at just about any grocer or convenience store, but what about the costumes?
Pop-up costume retailers are likely the first thing you think of, but there's another spot for your spooky selections that may not immediately come to mind- your local Goodwill.
In the video above, Goodwill's Jennifer Fleming explains just how easy it can be to make Goodwill your one stop shop for all your costume needs. She also previews the upcoming GhoulWill Bash, a festive fashion show taking place on Friday, October 23 to benefit Goodwill's programs for people with disabilities.
Tickets cost $75 and include entry to the event, two drinks, heavy hors d'oeuvres, access to free tarot card and palm readers, a silent auction, a costume contest and more.
FOX 13's own Jennifer Epstein and Taylor Katz will be participating in the event for the second year in a row. Click here for more information on how you can join them!
