Herrmann's Lipizzann Stallions welcomes newest foal

TAMPA (FOX 13) - The newest member of the Herrmann’s Lipizzann Stallions has arrived.

They welcomed a new baby girl Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. The filly mother and foal are healthy and the young one has already ventured out for her first walk. 

She will be named based on her personality in the coming days, but she has already been described as, “feisty.”

Her birth arrives hours after Good Day Tampa Bay spent the morning on baby watch at the Myakka City location. As the famous horses spend their time training for the upcoming summer tour, locals are invited to visit and meet the new baby horse.
