ATLANTA - The past few months has been difficult for lovers of Chick-fil-A’s original BBQ sauce, but it is about to get much better.
Chick-fil-A announced this week they will be bring back the original Barbeque Sauce after replacing it with Smokehouse Barbeque Sauce back in July along with adding Sweet & Spicy Sriracha, Garlic & Herb Ranch and Zesty Buffalo sauces to their line up.
An all-out grassroots campaign to #BringBacktheBBQ was launched following the change. Tuesday, Chick-fil-A officially sent a message to its fans that that it #BroughtBacktheBBQ.
But if you hit the drive through this week, you might not see it. The Atlanta-based restaurant company said they expect the original sauce to make it back into your to-go bags mid-November.
No word on how the fan campaigns to bring back coleslaw, carrot raisin salad, and the spicy chicken biscuit are going.
