I-275 reopens near downtown Tampa after poles impale semi-truck cab

TAMPA, Fla. - At least one pole smashed through the windshield and cab of a semi-truck on Interstate 275 in Tampa.
The scene unfolded Friday morning in the southbound lanes near Ashley Drive. All lanes have since reopened.
The view from this FDOT camera shows two poles sticking out of the truck's windshield.
There is no word yet on whether there were injuries or when lanes will reopen.
The events leading up to the crash remain under investigation.
