Largo police arrest man accused of stabbing, killing woman
LARGO, Fla. - The man suspected of stabbing and killing a woman in Largo on Saturday has been arrested, according to the Largo Police Department.
What we know: The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Ashley Linsey.
Cyrus Jenkins, 38, who police say was known to Linsey, was found on Sunday and taken into custody without incident.
The stabbing happened in the area of 11th Ave. NW and 7th St. SW.
When first responders arrived, they began performing life-saving efforts on Linsey before transporting her to a local hospital where she later died.
