The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) can be scary for families, but for Halloween, it was a different story.

Dozens of babies in the NICU ward of Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit joined in. The NICU provides a higher level of support for premature and sick infants. At the same time, the young ones are not missing out on special holidays.

Hospital staff members dressed the infants up in adorable little costumes.

You had a little Waldo, a Harry Potter (you can’t forget his mini-broomstick), a Robin Hood, a butterfly, and many other adorable getups.
