An off-duty paramedic came to the rescue after he saw a burning vehicle along I-75, according to Marion County Fire Rescue.

Stephen Cabrera was on his way to work Monday morning when he noticed the driver of the burning car was trapped inside near Exit 341 in Ocala, MCFR said.

As another bystander broke the car's window, Cabrera cut the airbags and seatbelt before pulling the driver out just moments before the flames fully engulfed the car.
