Several injured in Sligh Ave. shooting

TAMPA, Fla. - Several people were injured in a shooting near the intersection of Sligh Avenue and 50th Street in Tampa Tuesday night.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said the shooting happened around 8 p.m.

Victims were taken to a nearby hospital. The extent of their injuries was not released.
