Single goose blocks traffic on CA freeway

A goose completely stopped traffic on a freeway in Glendale, California.

The feathered traffic disrupter was spotted Thursday morning where the southbound side of the 5 Freeway crosses the LA River.

It was on the main line of the five, so it caused lots of backups.

You can see in aerial video, California highway patrol officers followed the bird closely. And traffic was said to be stretching back for miles.

After siding up to some cars to say, ‘hello’ to drivers, the goose finally took off and traffic started moving again.

No one knew where the goose was headed.
