TAMPA, Fla. - Events are being held across the Tampa Bay area on Monday to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Here's a look at some of the celebrations and services honoring the civil rights icon.
Tampa
- 12 p.m.: Tampa MLK Day ParadeStarts at Cuscaden Park, 2900 N. 15th St., and ends at Middleton High School, 4801 N. 22nd St.Les Miller, former state representative and Hillsborough County commissioner, will serve as grand marshalSeveral road closures in place between 5 a.m. and 6 p.m.N. 15th St. (E.
