WATCH: Truck tries to beat oncoming train

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. - Dashcam video caught the moment a truck went around the crossing gates to try and beat a train and makes it, but with only seconds to spare.

The truck is seen turning onto a street as the crossing gates come down. The driver slows down behind another vehicle, then goes around the vehicle, pausing and driving over the tracks. 

Seconds later, a Brightline train blows by, full speed, with its horn blaring. 

"Unbelievable. Unbelievable!" the passengers in the car are heard on video yelling. 

The video was captured by Geoff and Jeri West's dashboard camera. Luckily, the truck made it just in time.
