Taco Bus in Brandon celebrated National Burrito Day with it’s second annual El Jefe Burrito Eating Contest.

Michael Jenkins was back to defend the title. He won last year.

“Very nervous, trying to focus on eating it as quick as I can,” Jenkins said.

Last year’s champ downed Taco Bus’s 2.5-pound burrito in a stomach-turning 2 minutes and 22 seconds. But he knew that might not cut it with this year’s competition.

“We had a 7-pound sandwich for lunch,” said Molly Schulyer, a well-known competitive eater who holds several records.  "I love burrito-eating contests. Probably my favorite contest to do because they're so easy to eat."

A check for $2,500 and a championship belt were on the line.

Just 66 seconds after the contest started, Molly Schuyler stood victorious.

Her response after winning: “I’m going to Disneyland."
