Weber said wind shear is going to impact Lorenzo, which will inhibit its center of circulation. He said Lorenzo is expected to stay out over open water and will not impact the United States. Weber cautions that hurricane season runs through November 30 and he said there are indications that something may try to work its way into the Caribbean over the next 10 days.
