He says the odds of Invest 96 developing have gone down and it?s having a tough time getting organized. According to Sadiku Invest 96 now has a 50 percent chance of developing over the next week while the other area of interest has a zero percent chance of developing. He adds that Saharan dust is still keeping things fairly quiet in the tropics, but warns that things may pick up in August.
