Tropical Storm Cindy remnants have dissipated

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber says it?s pretty quiet in the tropics right now. He says the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy have dissipated and are no longer an issue. However, he is watching one issue in the Atlantic. It doesn?t look like much will happen with it, but it does have a 20 percent chance of developing over the next seven days.

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is keeping an eye on two areas in the Atlantic- the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy and a disturbance to the south and east, which has a 20 percent chance of development over the next week. However, he says it is a long shot that either system will develop due to high wind shear in the area. Weber says the good news is that if a new system does develop, it will likely stay out to sea.
