Law enforcement field tests may not distinguish between marijuana and hemp

Police in New York boasted about a massive marijuana bust, but the dispensary the delivery was intended for said it was actually legal hemp. A local CBD dispensary in Tampa said this highlights the problem with law enforcement field tests.
