'HAWK' lights installed in Lakeland intersections

Four new traffic lights have popped up in Lakeland. They're called 'High-Intensity Activated Crosswalk Signals,' or 'HAWK.' The lights are designed to make crossing the road easier for pedestrians using a new pattern of lights.
