Economic impact after Federal Reserve cuts interest rates again

The Federal Reserve took a big step Sunday to try and lessen the economic impact of the coronavirus. It slashed interest rates to near zero and also said it would buy $700 billion in Treasury and mortgage bonds. Geoff Simon, senior vice president of investments at Raymond James, discusses the short and long-term effects.
