A sneak peek at the Sugar Sand Festival

CLEARWATER (FOX 13) - Charley spent the morning at the beach, where locals are getting ready for the 2016 Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival!

The 10-day event will take place between April 15 and 24, and will feature music-themed sand sculptures along Clearwater Beach.
