Charley's at The Mill restaurant with all the bacon

Charley Belcher spent the morning at The Mill restaurant in St. Petersburg, where they serve up eclectic specialties like watermelon bruschetta with whipped feta cheese and a smoked pistachio brittle. "It's hard like candy and it's delicious," says the chef.

There are also a variety of bacons including alligator, duck, lamb, and even octopus.
