Simon Majumdar's Mango Lassi recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups Ice cubes
2 cups chopped slightly unripened mango
1 large carton Greek yogurt
1 cup milk
1 grating nutmeg of 1 whole nutmeg
Zest of 1 lemon
Fresh mint for garnish

Equipment:
1 blender
1 grater door lemon zest and nutmeg
Tall pretty glasses for serving
