SPCA Tampa Bay's 'Dog Training for Kids' camp

Charley spends the morning at the SPCA Tampa Bay facility for the 'Dog Training for Kids' camp, where campers spend the week learning about different aspects of animal training: agility, basic handling, dog safety, cat training and more.
