Alligator spotted with shark in its mouth

Diners at Hudson's Seafood Restaurant in Hilton Head, South Carolina witnessed quite the spectacle as an alligator swam by the outdoor seating area with a shark in its mouth.

The alligator, known as "Charlie," is known to frequent the waterway next to the restaurant.

Kristen Poillon captured the scene on video showing the seven-foot gator chomping on the bonnethead shark.

"He's like, 'You guys don't want to feed me, fine! I'll do it myself," a voice is heard on video.

The alligator sometimes shows up when the fishing charter boats start back to their season because the eating is good for him off the dock when they clean the fish, Poillon told the Hilton Head Island Packet.
