Authorities search for fugitive who tried to run over deputy

PASCO COUNTY (FOX 13) - Pasco County deputies are searching for a fugitive who tried to run a deputy over with his car.

Deputies say 26-year-old J’Rokton Williams put his vehicle in reverse and accelerated toward a deputy and then fled. The deputy tried to shoot at the vehicle to try and stop it.

Williams is driving a light purple colored Infiniti.

Williams has multiple felony warrants and now faces charges on attempted homicide of an officer.
