Catfish spotted in receding waters after Hurricane Nate

As waters began receding in Biloxi following Hurricane Nate, it reveals what’s beneath: catfish.

Catfish isn’t necessarily an unusual sight following a storm that has caused heavy flooding. The fish were spotted on a street in Biloxi, Mississippi. They were seen in video trying to flop and swim through the large puddles that remain.

Nearly 22,000 people lost power following the storm. Nate made its second landfall over the weekend on the Mississippi Gulf Coast near Biloxi as a Category 1 hurricane.

Nate brought sustained winds of up to 85 mph and storm surges of up to seven feet.
