CLEARWATER, Fla. - Today in Pinellas County, Charisse Stinson will return to court for a pre-trial hearing.
She's accused of murdering her 2-year-old son, Jordan Belliveau, last year. Police say she lied about what happened, sparking an Amber alert.
Stinson’s trial is expected to last about three weeks and start in March. Her attorney says she plans to call up to 35 witnesses.
