Clumsy suspect drops stolen TV, flees on 'getaway' scooter, police say

DAVIE, Fla. (FOX 13) - A clumsy crook took off on a scooter after stealing a television, and dropping it. Police in South Florida are searching for him.

Police released surveillance video showing the man walking out an emergency exit at a Walmart in Davie, Florida. Once outside, he tried to hop on a “getaway scooter.”

In the video, the suspect is seen nearly falling off the scooter, and then dropping the TV. Police said he most likely broke the TV. He picked it up and fled.
