Deputies investigate suspicious death behind supermarket

TAMPA (FOX 13) - The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said a man was found dead behind a supermarket early Saturday morning.

Deputies responded to the rear of the the Fresco Y Mas supermarket located at 8424 Sheldon Road around 1 a.m. 

According to detectives, a deceased male was found behind the supermarket, which is part of a shopping plaza and used to be a Winn Dixie.

The death is being considered suspicious. The victim has not been publicly identified.
