Former Plant High football player in court on domestic battery charge
PLANT CITY, Fla. - A former Plant High School football player arrested for a domestic battery case out of Key West is expected to have a court hearing in Plant City Thursday.
Robert Marve turned himself in at the Orient Road Jail last week. He was being held on the outstanding warrant from Monroe County for a domestic battery by strangulation charge.
The 29-year-old was a standout quarterback during his time at Plant High in Tampa. He was the state’s top high school football player in 2006.
