FOUND: 2-year-old boy from Jacksonville last seen at daycare

UPDATE: Legend Jones was found safe, thanks to a tip, deputies say. Keith Martin has also been located. Thanks to everyone for sharing.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Facebook page, "‪Thanks to a tip, missing child Legend Jones has been recovered and appears safe. We have also made contact with Keith Martin and are no longer looking for the vehicle. Thank you Jacksonville for paying attention and sending in those tips. "

A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for a two-year-old boy from Jacksonville.

Legend Jones was picked up from daycare by a family friend, Keith Allen Martin at 2 p.m. on Wednesday and has not been seen since, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. 

Jones is described as three feet tall, weighs 33 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and red “Cars” T-shirt, red pants and black shoes.

Martin is 49 years old and described as a black male, 5’6 tall, weighs 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. They could be traveling in a 2007 green 382i BMW with the Florida tag: 4258UW. The vehicle has tinted windows, a scratch on the back driver’s side and a black bag over the rear driver’s side window.
