Investigation underway following Egg Roll King fire

Investigators are still working to determine what started a fire at a local Chinese restaurant early Friday morning.

The Egg Roll King, located at 50th Street North and Columbus Drive, went up in flames around 3:30 a.m.

Tampa firefighters arrived to find the building fully engulfed in flames.

They worked for about 45 minutes before they were able to contain the fire and put it out.

Investigators believe the fire started in the back of the building, but are not yet sure why.
