Man cited for careless driving after bus crash

A man who the Florida Highway Patrol says crashed his car into a school bus on Friday has been cited for careless driving.

The bus was stopped on State Road 50, just east of the intersection with Mitchell Road, for a railroad crossing at the time.  Troopers say 46-year-old Amin Nathani of Clermont was driving behind the bus and failed to stop, crashing his Toyota Corolla into the back of the bus.

He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.  There was a 16-year-old boy on the bus, along with the driver, but neither were injured.
