Missing 8-year-old girl from Fort Myers was found safe

FORT MYERS, Fla. - A statewide alert was issued for 8-year-old Charlotte Slobodzian, but she has since been found.

According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, she was last seen around 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 4000 block of Sunfish Court in Fort Myers. She was found Wednesday morning.
