Missing child alert canceled for 1-year-old boy

STUART, Fla. (FOX 13) - A cancellation was issued for the Florida Missing Child Alert for a 1-year-old boy out of Stuart, Florida.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement was looking for 1-year-old Alan Phillips.

Alan is a 1-year-old white-Hispanic male. He is 2 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 35 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Alan was thought to be with a woman and another child. 

The child is 8-year-old Riddick Alexander. He is a white-Hispanic male, 4 feet tall, weighs 60 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

The children may have been in the company of Gitta Viteri-Andrade, a 33-year-old white-Hispanic female who is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
