One dead in Wesley Chapel house fire

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. (FOX 13) - A fire broke out at a home in Wesley Chapel on Sunday, killing one person.

Pasco County Fire Rescue responded to the house on the 27700 block of Summer Place on Sunday afternoon, and found the building on fire.

Firefighters found one adult victim dead in the home.

The victim's identity has not been released.
