Pedestrian injured in Clearwater crash

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Eastbound lanes of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard have reopened after a pedestrian crash Wednesday morning. 

The accident occurred just before 9 a.m., east of Park Place Boulevard. The pedestrian was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa.

Police did not specify the extent of his injuries. 

The events leading up to the crash remain under investigation.
