Petland: Surveillance cameras catch couple stealing puppy
FT. MYERS (FOX 13) - Petland in Ft. Myers says a couple walked out of the store with a French Bulldog puppy - worth more than $5,000 - they took from its enclosure.
The Lee County store posted photos on its Facebook page, pleading with the public for its help finding the pair.
"This puppy is on medication so the sooner we get her returned the better the outcome," the post read.
WINK News in Ft. Myers obtained surveillance video from the store, which shows a woman, wearing sunglasses and a black dress, holding the puppy and walking through the front door. With her, a man wearing a striped shirt and grey pants.
