Pinellas County agencies searching for gas station armed robber

An armed robber is suspected of robbing at least six convenience stores through Pinellas County, officials announced.

Pinellas County detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the armed robber. They say once the suspect would threaten a clerk with a knife in five robberies, and in the sixth he was armed with a possible handgun. The suspect would then flee with an undisclosed amount of cash to a vehicle described as a dark-colored sedan.

According to a media release, the suspect is described as a white male possibly in his late 20 to 30 years of age. He is approximately 6 feet to 6’03” tall, with a medium build. He was last seen on November 7 wearing a black hoodie, baggie jeans, and a nylon half mask wearing gloves.

Investigators say the robberies occurred in the following gas stations. The dates and times have not been disclosed:
- Speedway: 5010 Tampa Road Oldsmar 
- Chevron: 39720 U.S. 19 North Tarpon Springs 
- Circle K: 3170 Tampa Road Oldsmar 
- Friendly Freddie's: 5801 62nd Avenue North, Pinellas Park 
- 7-Eleven: 3000 49th Street North St. Petersburg
- 7-Eleven: 2632 Park Street North St. Petersburg
