Plant City man flashed kids at pool, police say

PLANT CITY (FOX 13) - Police say they found cocaine on a Plant City man who had just flashed a group of kids in a pool.
According to PCPD, it was Monday afternoon when officers were called about the man who had exposed himself at the pool, then walked away. Officers spotted a man matching that description a few blocks away and arrested him.
Steve Randall O'Neal, 64, faces charges of indecent exposure, along with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
