Police Seek Missing 13-year-old

13-year-old Rhiannon Quinn hasn't been seen since Thursday. Family says that "Ray" has not been in contact with them and needs medication.

Rhiannon is described as a transgender / transfluid male who is 5' 05" about 170lbs with short blue / blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a pink tank top and black shorts, but he may have changed into a grey "Converse" t-shirt.

The Bartow Police Department is looking for him and anyone with information about him is asked to call them at (863) 534-5034.
